"I have been a client of Becky Smith State Farm Agency for over 40 years and I must give a 5 star out of 5 star rating for exemplary service provided by her staff and agency. My most recent experience, in February 2025, was with Agent Stephanie Yost. Stephanie went above and beyond my expectations to help me file for a life insurance dividend disbursement . I initiated the process on line but the procedure was too convoluted and was not able to be completed by phone. I recently had fractured my leg and was having difficulty ambulating and was unable to go to the State Farm office. I spoke with Stephanie by phone and to my surprise she promptly responded that she would come to my home. She was pleasant, informative and able to efficiently complete the disbursement request forms online, achieving in short order, what would have taken me hours to negotiate completion of all of the necessary documents.
