As a Pennsylvania native, I have deep roots in the community. I was born in Perry County and graduated from West Perry High School. I earned my bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University and my master's degree from Penn State University. Since 1992, I have called Adams County home. Family is important to me, and I am happily married with two stepchildren and 1 grandchild. Together, we enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, camping, kayaking, and exploring our favorite vacation spots in Colorada and Bethany Beach. I also find joy in gardening and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Giving back to the community is a core value of mine. I have actively participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and fundraisers in the fight against MD. In addition, I volunteer for Junior Achievement financial workshops, and a local scout troop. I have also had the opportunity to coach at Biglerville High School and establish a youth hockey program called "Wee Whackers." Making a positive impact, especially when it comes to children, is incredibly rewarding to me.
